The following exercises are recommended by back pain therapists.
An exercise program is an important part of caring for your back. Remember to consult a back care professional before embarking on any exercise program. The last thing you want to do is make your back pain worse. Resistance training strengthens bones, joints, and muscles. Yoga provides gentle exercise as well as relaxation. Swimming is an excellent exercise that helps strengthen your back muscles and build up stamina. Remember to tell the instructor about your back problem before you get started. |
